Can Some Chihuahuas Grow 15 Inches in Height?

Ok in Wikipedia it says some Chihuahuas may grow up to 12 to 15 inches. Is this true? And if you can show me some pictures.

That is talking about from the tip of their tails to the tip of their nose. If it is fifteen inches tall then it has been mixed which means the male is the chihuahua and the female would be the mix.
