How Can I Teach My Chihuahua to Speak Spanish?

Everyone knows that Chihuahuas come from a pack in the Mexican mountains. So Spanish is in their blood.
There is a state in Mexico named Chihuahua.
Plus, the Taco Bell dog speaks Spanish.

dogs dont speak spanish or human talk.
dogs can understand us with human words but dogs bark they dont speak.

chihuahuas are like any other dogs, Ive had chi’s all my life and other dogs as well, you can teach a dog to respond to your choice of language and dogs will understand what you mean because of the routine you do after you speak that word.

for example: if you say "lets go outside" and then every time you say this before taking the dog out, your dog automatically understands what you mean and so they react to it. If you say it in any language all the time they will understand. I tell my chiguagua "lets go outside" in english and she wont understand but if Isay it in spanish "vamos para afuera" she jumps up and runs out the door. If you want to show your dog to respond in spanish, you need to know spanish and speak to her in spanish all the time.

Wow, um… uh…. Seriously? No it is not possible what so ever. Yes the dog originates from Mexico. yes there is a Mexican place named Chihuahua. The taco bell dog speaks Spanish because of audio and video editing. It is not possible to teach your dog Spanish.
