I have 2 chihuahuas, 1 tan-colored brother puppy, and 1 blue sister puppy. They are not fixed yet, however, I’m only getting the brother chi fixed. So what color do I breed the blue chi with? I’m not letting brother and sister chi mate, it is bad.
one would assume another blue chihuahua…wouldnt you? and im not entirely sure its even genetically possible to breed bro and sis anyways

Genetics are tricky. The color of your dog and the color of the sire are not the only factors. Parents and grandparents also play a role. Blue (or the gene that dilutes colors) is recessive. You need to breed to a dog that has a blue gene, even if the dog isn’t blue. In other words, at least one parent of the sire you’d like to use must be blue in order to produce blues in your litter. To get the most blues you’d need to breed to another blue. Please read the entire link I sited. I only glanced over it, but I don’t plan on breeding chihuahuas. It should go much more in details about color genetics.
I don’t feel like lecturing too much today, but can’t you just ask your breeder or breed mentor this question. Surely if you’re planning on breeding you’d want to know as much as you can about the breed. Health checks, titles?

What are you breeding at all for? Have you done it before? Do you know anything about it? I doubt it or you wouldn’t be asking basic questions like this. You will need a stud and I don’t think any reputable breeder will allow you to use theirs as they are concerned about the lines and if your pup doesn’t have the appropriate papers and health and genetic checks – they are not going to allow their stud to be a part of backyard breeding.

Sure, you’ll get puppies that look like this:

And this is why you don’t do it:
"According to the Chihuahua Club of America, there are often genes for birth defects and undesirable traits on the gene that is linked to the coat color in chihuahuas. For instance, the genes that are linked to blue coat color and the merle pattern often come linked with serious health problems. For this reason, reputable dog breeders never breed a merle chihuahua with another merle chihuahua or a blue chihuahua with another blue chihuahua. Pet owners who are considering breeding their chihuahuas can have them tested for color inheritance-linked traits."
People who breed for color only have money on their minds. They do not care about their animals, and risk the health and lives of their pups. Is that who you are? Hopefully not.

Never breed blue to blue or the pups will be more likely to have genetic defects. With shelters begging for people to adopt Chihuahuas in almost every state, are you sure you want to breed more?
