Why do chihuahuas spin around in a circle when they bark?

I have a chihuahua, and whenever he barks, he always spins around in a circle while doing it. I'm not sure if he's mentally retarted, or if that's just what chiuhuahuas do. But I think i've seen other chihuahuas do that too. If you have a chihuahua and know why they do this, please tell me why.

because the faster they spin the louder the bark is!! and they do it to make themselves sound more ferocious than they really are.

Maybe they do it to get attention because they are so small!

I have one and she doesn't do that. She does bark when we play hide and seek.
